To submit a Public Comment, click on the Agenda Item below you wish to comment on.

A pop up box will appear, where you will enter your name, organization, E-mail address (for confirmation E-mail to be sent), and where you can either type in your Public Comment OR Attach it.

Public Comments received between 10/9/20 and by 10/19/20 will be posted with the Advanced Briefing Book on 10/23/20 at 5:01pm. Pacific Time
Comments received after 10/19/20 at 5pm, will be posted as supplemental upon review. The comment window closes on 11/08/20 at 5pm. Pacific Time

Sign up for oral testimony will begin at 8am on 11/13/20. The sign up window will remain open until we reach the Public comment section of each Agenda Item at which point they will be closed.
