To submit a Public Comment, click on the Agenda Item below you wish to comment on.

A pop up box will appear, where you will enter your name, organization, E-mail address (for confirmation E-mail to be sent), and where you can either type in your Public Comment OR Attach it.

Please be respectful and courteous with your comments.

The E-Portal will open on 1/27 and close on 3/1. Comment received between 1/27 and 2/11 will go live on 2/12 when we post the Briefing Book materials. Comments received after 2/12 will be viewable immediately upon approval.

Sign up for oral testimony will begin at 8am on 03/04/21. The sign up window will remain open until we reach the Public comment section of each Agenda Item at which point they will be closed.
