INSTRUCTIONS:

To submit a Public Comment, click on the Agenda Item below you wish to comment on.

A pop up box will appear, where you will enter your name, organization, E-mail address (for confirmation E-mail to be sent), and where you can either type in your Public Comment OR Attach it. 

You can sign up for oral testimony in the E-Portal once the meeting begins.

The E-Portal will open on 3/15 and close at 5pm on 4/5. Comment received between 3/15 and 3/25 by 5pm will go live on 3/26 when we post the Briefing Book materials. Comments received after 3/25 will be viewable immediately upon approval.

Sign up for oral testimony will begin at 8am on 4/8. The sign up window will remain open until we reach the Public comment section of each Agenda Item at which point they will be closed.
