INSTRUCTIONS:

To submit a Public Comment, click on the Agenda Item below you wish to comment on.

A pop up box will appear, where you will enter your name, organization, E-mail address (for confirmation E-mail to be sent), and where you can either type in your Public Comment OR Attach it. 

You can sign up for oral testimony in the E-Portal once the meeting begins.

The E-Portal will open on 5/21 and close at 5pm on 6/21. Comment received between 5/21 and 6/3 by 5pm will go live on 6/4 when we post the Briefing Book materials. Comments received between 6/4 and 6/21 will be viewable immediately upon approval.

Sign up for oral testimony will begin at 8am on 6/24. The sign up window will remain open until we reach the Public comment section of each Agenda Item at which point they will be closed.
