INSTRUCTIONS:

To submit a Public Comment, click on the Agenda Item below you wish to comment on.

A pop up box will appear, where you will enter your name, organization, E-mail address (for confirmation E-mail to be sent), and where you can either type in your Public Comment OR Attach it. 

You can sign up for oral testimony in the E-Portal once the meeting begins.

Please be respectful and courteous with your comments.

The E-Portal will open on 1/7/22 and close at 5pm on 1/19/22. Comments received will be viewable upon approval and no later than the start of the Council meeting.

Sign up for oral testimony will begin at 8am on 1/21. The sign up window will remain open until we reach the Public comment section of each Agenda Item at which point they will be closed.

You may attach written comments but they will not be visible until after public comment has ended.  If you wish to have a PowerPoint Presentation please sign up for comment and send the Presentation to PFMC IT Staff (Kris and Sandra).
