The E-Portal will open on 3/13 and close at 5pm Pacific Time on 3/30. Comment received between 3/13 and 3/20 by 5pm Pacific Time will go live on 3/21 when Briefing Book materials are posted. Comments received between 3/21 and 3/30 will be viewable upon approval and no later than the start of the Council meeting.

Sign up for oral testimony will begin at 8am on 4/1. The sign up window will remain open until we reach the Public comment section of each Agenda Item at which point they will be closed.

You may attach written comments to support your oral testimony, but they will not be visible until after public comment has ended.  If you wish to have a PowerPoint Presentation please sign up for comment and email the Presentation to PFMC IT Staff (Kris and Sandra) and see a confirmation email your submission was recieved.
